  Kimberly Keeton Spence, BSW, President

Ms. Spence earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree at Florida State University, and has  served as the President of Keeton Corrections, Inc. and Non-Secure Programs, Inc. since 1999.  Ms. Spence has been appointed to the Florida Statewide Drug Policy Advisory Council by Governor Rick Scott.  

  Timothy Samuel Spence, Vice President

Mr. Spence has 13 years experience in the area of business management while serving as the Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of a service company.

  Karen Smith Hall, BA, CAP, Vice President of Operations

Ms. Hall holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling from Stephens College.  She is certified as an Addictions Professional in the State of Florida and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor through the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium/Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse, Inc.  Ms. Hall has twenty-six years experience in the fields of mental health, substance abuse, and corrections and has been employed with this company since 1988.

  Diane Prest, BS, NPI Quality Assurance Manager

Ms. Prest holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Memphis State University.  She is certified in Moral Reconation Therapy and has been employed with this company since 1993 in the positions of facility director for both NPI and KCI. 

  Terracina Davis, BS,  KCI Quality Assurance Manager

Mrs. Terracina Davis received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Selma University. She has 18 years of experience as an employee of KCI/NPI and ten years experience as a Federal CCC Director. 

Ronald L. Trousdale, BS, Human Resource Manager

Mr. Trousdale holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of North Alabama.  He holds certifications in EEOC compliance, Ergonomics, ADA, and Safety.  Mr. Trousdale has over 20 years experience in Human Resources Management and is a qualified and knowledgeable manager in many areas including: employee and community relations, worker compensation, benefits administration, recruiting, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

  Teresa Beauchamp, Administrative Assistant

Ms. Beauchamp has 18 years administrative and human relations experience in a wide variety of business and human service settings.
